The artists APHE (Oliver Hollatz) and NOAH (Noah Kauertz) met during their art studies in Bonn. Their shared interest in art in public spaces, as well as their passion for painting, led to their first collaboration in the form of a Mural painting in 2019. In the same year, these visionary artists embarked on the creation of four additional murals, each an embodiment of their evolving artistic partnership. These murals played a pivotal role in shaping their collaborative journey, profoundly influencing their choices of color palettes, styles, and subjects. Their dialogic painting moves fluidly between representation and abstraction and is strongly influenced by an atmospheric color aesthetic.
